The Hamburg Open 2026 was a true highlight for us at MiruSuite. Two days full of conversations, live demos, inspiring impulses - and right in the middle of it all: our mission to make live productions more intelligent, efficient, and creative.
At the center of our trade show appearance was our live demo, which sparked curiosity among many visitors:
We demonstrated how MiruSuite automatically cuts a podcast with multiple speakers in real-time, detects speaker changes, and tracks individuals. This type of automation doesn’t just simplify podcasts, but also panel discussions, town halls, and hybrid events.
At our booth, we ran a demo of a fully automated live production:
- 🎥 Automatic PTZ person tracking
- 🎙️ Active speaker detection via separate audio feeds
- 🎬 Fully automated live switching with AutoCut
- 🔄 Coordinated camera movements and switcher control
- 🧠 AI-powered decision logic for natural shot transitions
On the Open Stage, we presented our vision for future technological developments to an expert audience.
No additional sensors, no cloud connection. Just a laptop running MiruSuite.
What mattered most to us was demonstrating: Automation does not mean losing control. Operators can intervene at any time but they no longer have to execute every single camera movement or cut manually.
Beyond the demo, the conversations were the true highlight of the trade show.
We spoke with visitors from production companies, system integrators, universities, and in-house studios - and gathered many concrete feature requests and scenario extensions, ranging from even more refined AutoCut parameters to new application areas (sports, music, hybrid events).
- The demand for intelligent production automation is real.
- The industry is open to new approaches.
- But: expectations are high.
Many of these new impulses will directly shape our upcoming roadmap.

We would like to thank everyone who stopped by our booth. For the critical questions, the honest feedback, and the ideas. These are exactly the kinds of conversations that make MiruSuite better. Now we’re excited to see what comes next.
